Will all our residents get something out of it? We are told that our sessions even reach people who do not normally participate.
Can the activities be tailored to my home & budget?
Our sessions are always tailored to the needs of each home and we will be pleased to discuss your budget with you, including managing your entire activities budget if desired.
How many residents can be included?
We will never exclude any resident wishing to join in. Session can be presented to between 5 and 20+ residents
How do you monitor the standards?
Our money back guarantee ensures presenters are always up to and exceeding standards. We also make regular checks with our customers.
How long have you been doing this?
We’ve been perfecting our sessions for over 2 years in hundreds of homes and now we’re ready to let everyone see the difference our sessions make.
What if most of our residents have dementia?
No problem. All our staff are trained in presenting activities to dementia clients.
How can you help us prepare for CQC inspections?
In consultation with CQC inspectors we have developed an approved evidence methodology to provide an audit trail for standards 12 & 13.

How does your guarantee work?
Simple. If you’re not happy with a session you don’t pay.
Am I tied in to a contract?
There is no contract. For your convenience we offer an advanced booking facility covering 3, 6 or 12 months.
Can you include resident’s birthdays and special events into the package?
Yes. We offer these as a matter of course.
Will I always get the same presenter?
We try to offer the same presenter continuously, with the exception of holiday breaks and staff changes.
Can I have a full breakdown of your services and costs, and then pick and mix?
Yes. First though, we’d advise you book a taster so you can gain first hand experience of our work.
Can I start small and develop a relationship with you before committing to a full package?
Absolutely. We recommend you do.
Can I contact your testimonial writers directly?
The people who have written testimonials work in care homes like yourself. If you’d like to talk with them directly we will happily arrange this for you.
